Our Policies
360 Fuzion Photo Booth Policies & Procedures
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please review the following policies and procedures before booking your event with 360 Fuzion Photo Booth:
Booking & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 deposit is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
• Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit is received.
• Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Cash App, or debit/credit card.
Setup & Teardown
• Our team arrives 1 hour prior to your event start time for setup and requires 30–45 minutes for teardown.
• Setup and teardown do not count toward your booked event time.
• Please ensure a 10 ft x 10 ft space, power outlet, and safe, level surface for proper booth operation.
• Wi-Fi access (provided by customer) for video sharing. Please advise if there is no Wi-Fi access.
Event Operation
• A trained 360 attendant will be present during your entire booked time.
• Clients and guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the attendant.
• Any damages caused by misuse or neglect during the event will be the client’s responsibility.
• 360 Fuzion Photo Booth is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from unsafe guest behavior.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable, but events may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
• If the event is canceled within 72 hours of the event date, the full balance will still be due.
Inclement Weather (Outdoor Events)
• For outdoor setups, a covered and weather-protected area is required.
• In case of severe weather, 360 Fuzion reserves the right to halt or cancel services for safety reasons.
• If weather prevents setup and no indoor backup is available, we will work with you to reschedule the event.
Content & Media
• 360 Fuzion Photo Booth reserves the right to use event footage and photos for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
• Guests may receive their 360 videos instantly via text, email, or QR code.
